A complex nose of lemon verbena, flint, white rose and ginger. On the palate wine is sharp and focused with flavors of lychee, grapefruit pith, Bartlett pear and chamomile tea.
A golden straw hue with aromas of honey, candied almonds, ripe nectarine, and jasmine flower. On the
palate the wine has focused acidity that carries the rounds stone fruit flavors, along with grapefruit zest
and subtle flinty notes. A wonderful aperitif.
Medium straw in color and leading with aromas of baked apple, lemon zest, jasmine, and subtle tropical notes. First sip reveals flavors of lychee, white peach, starfruit and lime peel. Pure and clean, this is a wonderful expression of our Estate Chardonnay.
Deep golden in color and leading with aromas of custard with preserved lemon, flint, crushed pineapple, and orange blossom honey. On the palate the wine strikes a perfect balance between acidity, weight, and concentration. Flavors of Bartlett pear, baked spiced apple, and creme anglaise are up front with English toffee on the finish.
Pale salmon in color, our 2024 rosé leads with aromas of watermelon rind, orange oil, dried thyme and
gardenia. On the palate flavors of ripe strawberry, pomegranate, pomelo, and subtle ginger spice.
Perfectly balanced with a lengthy finish.
