Deep golden in color and leading with aromas of custard with preserved lemon, flint, crushed pineapple, and orange blossom honey. On the palate the wine strikes a perfect balance between acidity, weight, and concentration. Flavors of Bartlett pear, baked spiced apple, and creme anglaise are up front with English toffee on the finish.

Fashioned in the Solera process, Bom Final is a blend of 3 traditional Portuguese varieties, co-fermented and fortified. The result is a nose of blackberry, violets, black licorice and tar. Subtle notes of baking spice, resin and fennel are mingled. First sip reveals blueberry compote, tobacco and more baking spice. Very complex in its youth, this is one to watch evolve.
