Deep crimson in color, our Petit Verdot leads with aromas of dried sage, mulberry, violets, dark chocolate and tart cherry. Flavors of raspberry compote, toffee, plum, and dried thyme. The oak is very well integrated and contributes warm notes of hazelnut and vanilla. A cellar worthy candidate.
Opaque in color and fading to a crimson rim, our 2nd release of this special blend offers a complex nose of milk chocolate, blackberry preserves, black walnut, and dried oregano. The palate is concentrated and rich in texture. Flavors of black cherry, cedar, molasses, and ripe plum are supported by sturdy tannins and medium acidity. Impressive now and will cellar nicely for 8 years.
Deep garnet in color and leading with aromas of spiced orange, hibiscus, peppercorns, and pluot. On the
palate the wine is fresh and zippy with flavors of pomegranate, red grapefruit, dried sage, and white
pepper. Firm tannins support the lengthy finish.
Deep ruby in color with aromas of black cherry, kirsch, milk chocolate, and cedar shavings. On the palate
the wine has great texture and viscosity, bringing flavors of ripe black cherry, graphite, and subtle anise.
Round and well integrated tannin flow into a soft finish. Delicious now and will evolve for the next 6-8

The sweetest wine in our lie-up, our Muscat Canelli leads with aromas of ripe bosc pear, orange blossom, honeycomb and honeysuckle. On the palate, the wine is sweet, but not cloying. Flavors of white peach, spiced pear, jasmine and orange blossom honey lead. Moderate acidity keeps the finish clean and bright.
Straw yellow in color and leading with a floral nose of orange blossom, white peach, jasmine flower, and ginger. On the palate the wine is round and rich with flavors of apricot, honey, marzipan, and nectarine. Sweet but not cloying.
The wine I strived to craft in honor of Tom for years, our Dynamic Cabernet Sauvignon delivers on all fronts. Deep garnet in color and explodes with aromas of kirsch, flint, cigar box, ripe blackberry, and anise. Huge extraction with flavors of black cherry, cedar, menthol and black walnut. A very polished wine with integrated plush tannin structure and medium acidity.

Deep golden in color and leading with aromas of custard with preserved lemon, flint, crushed pineapple, and orange blossom honey. On the palate the wine strikes a perfect balance between acidity, weight, and concentration. Flavors of Bartlett pear, baked spiced apple, and creme anglaise are up front with English toffee on the finish.
A golden straw hue with aromas of honey, candied almonds, ripe nectarine, and jasmine flower. On the
palate the wine has focused acidity that carries the rounds stone fruit flavors, along with grapefruit zest
and subtle flinty notes. A wonderful aperitif.

Fashioned in the Solera process, Bom Final is a blend of 3 traditional Portuguese varieties, co-fermented and fortified. The result is a nose of blackberry, violets, black licorice and tar. Subtle notes of baking spice, resin and fennel are mingled. First sip reveals blueberry compote, tobacco and more baking spice. Very complex in its youth, this is one to watch evolve.
