Deep crimson in color and leading with aromas of cassis, chocolate covered cherry, cigar box and graphite. On the palate the wine has firm tannin structure with moderate acidity. Flavors of baked fig, licorice, mocha, and black cherry. Drinking great upon release and will cellar well for a decade.
